As a new member of The Peterborough School Alumni, Westwoodians’ Association, we would like to keep you informed of our news and make you aware of events and activities that are taking place which might be of interest to you. With the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) we will need to have your (or a parent’s if you are under 11 years of age) explicit consent (‘opt in’) before we can do so.

Consent Form: 'Opting in’
I consent to The Peterborough School collecting, storing and processing the data provided on this form for the time periods stipulated in the School’s Privacy Policy. The School may use my contact details to keep me updated about the activities of the School, or alumni and parent events of interest, including by sending updates and Newsletters. Unless I object, the School may also:
• Share personal data about alumni with organisations set up to help establish and maintain relationships with the School community, such as the Parent-Teacher Guild (PTG) and other members of The Peterborough School Alumni, Westwoodians’ Association;
• Contact me (including via the organisations above) in order to promote and raise funds for the School and, where appropriate, other worthy causes.
• Use photography or videos which include me in promotion of the School for up to five years after you leave. School magazines or internally produced documentation may still include content for years to come as this is harder to phase out and will only be for an internal audience, however external advertising will not include images with pupils who left the School over five years ago.
Should you wish to limit or object to any such use, or would like further information about them, please contact the School Office Administrator.
